Staff at the Carlsberg Mansion in 1960.

From 1932, when he moved there with his family, life at the Carlsberg Mansion played an increasingly important role in Bohr's life, not least as a representative place visited by kings and queens and other world leaders. So far, there has been little documentation of this. The menu books of Ulla Leerberg, the last cook at the Mansion, provides day-to-day information on guests at the Mansion and the meals she prepared for the last two years of Bohr's life.
